Recently, Mr. Xing Qingtao, General Manager of Hainan Shiner Industrial Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Russia for specialized research on core clients’ key demands regarding cross-border settlements, product pricing mechanisms, and delivery processes. The visit focused on understanding client requirements to optimize collaboration frameworks and strengthen long-term partnership confidence.

 

During business talks, clients explicitly proposed optimizing settlement workflows by exploring a dual-channel payment solution combining L/C and Ruble settlements to mitigate exchange rate risks. The Shiner team documented these requests in detail and exchanged insights on specific operational processes and payment terms. Concurrently, both parties discussed the impact of raw material price volatility on costs, initiating preliminary explorations into establishing a dynamic pricing coordination mechanism, with solutions still under refinement.

 

The delegation visited client production facilities to observe the performance of Shiner films in extreme-cold environments, prioritizing feedback on technical requirements like low-temperature endurance and packaging durability. "All input is critical for product iteration," stated Mr. Xing during the visit. "Shiner will rigorously evaluate every technical parameter proposed by clients."

 

Additionally, clients reiterated mandatory compliance standards for the Russian market, including Halal certification and packaging labeling regulations. The Shiner team meticulously recorded all requirements, committing to implement compliance measures accordingly. Both sides agreed to advance discussions through monthly dedicated meetings.

He later pioneered laser holographic anti-counterfeiting film technology and co-authored China's national production standard for laser anti-counterfeiting films. Holding 13 invention patents, he established an innovation framework for his team: "Produce one generation, develop one generation, reserve one generation."

    Wang Junfeng, a provincial model worker, received the Hainan Provincial May 1st Labor Medal in 2022, the same year Shiner was recognized as a specialized SME. He led technical breakthroughs in easy-tear cigarette films, co-extruded naked wrap films, hot-stamping films, high-grade colored aluminum films, moisture-retention packaging base films, and finished moisture-retention packaging, continuously elevating Shiner's product portfolio to higher technical platforms.
