Shiner International to Start Trading on the NASDAQ on Feb 14, 2008

HAINAN, CHINA--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 12, 2008 -- Shiner International, Inc. (OTC BB:SHNL.OB - News) (website: www.shinerinc.com), a market leader in China's anti-counterfeit plastic films industry, announces today that the Company has received listing approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

Shiner also received approval to change its stock symbol from "SHNL" to "BEST."
