preliminary membership list at www.russell.com/indexes, the Company
expects to join the Russell Microcap index when the 2008 reconstitution
of the Russell Indexes takes place after the markets close on June
27, 2008.
Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional
investors for index funds and as benchmarks for both passive and
active investment strategies.
