He received his Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Institute of the CPC Party School and received an Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004 during a one-year study program he attended with other members of upper management under a Company sponsored program. |

Mr. Jian Fu, CEO
Mr. Fu Jian received his undergraduate degree in Plastic Engineering Technique from South China Institute of Technology in 1985 and an Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004. From 1985 through 1997 Mr. Fu worked in Hainan Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd. as the General Manager before leaving to become Vice-Chairman of the Hainan Modern Technology Group in 1998. Mr. Arnold Staloff, Chairman of the Audit Committee
Mr. Staloff began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Trading and Markets Division in 1968. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Lehman Brothers Derivative Products Inc. and Exchange Lab Inc. He was the former President of the Philadelphia Board of Trade in 1985. He served as an officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) from 1971 to 1989. Mr. Staloff also served as a member of the Board of Governors, Executive Committee and Chairman of the Foreign Currency Options Committee of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and served on its Finance, Marketing, Steering and New Products Committees. He has been featured as the inventor of currency options in The Vandals' Crown, (Millman, Free Press, 1995). He was the former Chairman (2005-2007) of SFB Market Systems, Inc., a firm that manages all options symbols within the United States . Prior to that (1990-2003), he served as President and CEO of Bloom Staloff Corporation, an equity and options market making firm and foreign currency options floor broker. He also served (1989-1990) as President and CEO of The Commodity Exchange ("COMEX"), a leading futures exchange. In addition, he has served as a board member of several other organizations including the Options Clearing Corporation, the Composite Tape Association, the Options Price Reporting Authority, the National Futures Association, the Swiss Commodities, Futures, and Options Association, and the Variety Club for Handicapped Children. |

Mr. Joseph S.Rizzello, Independent Board Member
Mr. Rizzello is currently the Chief Executive Officer of National Stock Exchange, Inc. (NSX), the first all-electronic stock exchange in the US and also the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of NSX Holdings, Inc., the parent company to NSX. Under his leadership, NSX implemented a new business strategy, which culminated in the last quarter of 2006 with the launch of an entirely new state-of-the-art technology platform. Before that, Mr. Rizzello was Special Adviser to NSX's Board of Directors (2004-2006) and served as a Director on NSX's Board (2002-2004). Prior to that, Mr. Rizzello was Managing Director of Pershing LLC, a Bank of New York subsidiary and a leading global provider of securities processing and investment-related products and services, and President of Pershing Trading Company, LP (PTC). Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. Rizzello was a Principal at Vanguard Brokerage Services (VBS), the brokerage arm of The Vanguard Group, in charge of Vanguard's broker-dealer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rizzello was Executive Vice President of Business Development, Product Development and Strategy at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX), as well as President of the Philadelphia Board of Trade, PHLX's futures subsidiary. He began his career in the securities industry as Vice President of Sales and Branch Manager for Thomson McKinnon Securities, Inc., building one of the firm's top producing offices. Mr. Rizzello has served on the boards of the International Visitors Council, Community College of Philadelphia Foundation , Temple University 's Business Curriculum Advisory Board and the Philadelphia chapter of the Pennsylvania Partnership on Economic Education. |

Mr. Brian G.Cunat, Independent Board Member
Brian G. Cunat has served as the President of Cunat, Inc., a land development, construction and property management firm since 1976. Since October 2007, he also has served as Chairman of Golden Eagle Community Bank, a full service bank that he founded. From 1996 to November 2005, he was the Vice Chairman of the Board for Illinois State Bank, a bank that he founded in 1996. From 1993 to March 2004, Mr. Cunat was President of Royal Japan Corporation, a real estate development and property management firm based in Japan . In 1991, he founded Shamrock Health & Fitness Corporation, a full service health and fitness club. In 1984, he founded Westlane Bowling Center , a successful bowling facility business where he served as its President from inception to January 2006. Mr. Cunat has been active on many charitable and community organizations, including Kiwanis International President, Family Services and Community Mental Health, Home Builders Association, and Chicagoland Apartment Association. In 1997, he received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst and Young and Inc. Magazine. |

Ms. XueZhu Xu, CFO
Ms. Xu graduated from Hainan Supply and Marketing School in 1981 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and received an Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004. From 1981 to 1990, she worked as the Accounting Manager in Hainan WenChang Foreign Trade Co. until 1990 when she left to further hone her skills as Accounting Manager at Hisense Co. In 1996 Ms. Xu was named CFO at Hainan Hisense where she served through 2003 before begining her career at Shiner International, Inc. as CFO responsible for all companies. |

Ms. DanDan Xing, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Xing received her MBA degree from the University of Southampton in 2002 and received an Advanced Certificate of MBA
studies
from People's University in 2004. From 2002 to May 2003 she worked in the public relations division of the South Seas Shipping Co., Ltd. and from 2003 through December 2006 she worked in the International Business unit of Shiner Industrial as undersecretary until she was named Corporate Secretary for Shiner International, Inc. in 2006. In addition to her responsibilities of Secretary, she continues to play an instrumental role in developing the Company's international sales and attending industry conventions. |

Mr. MingBiao Li, Vice President
Mr. Li graduated from Tsinghua University in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and later obtained his Master's in Transport Engineering from Beijing University in 1991. From 1990 to 1995 he worked at the Guangxi Auto & Tractor Research Institution heading up the machine equipment group and in 1995 was promoted to Section Chief of the Project Investment and Evaluation group. From 1997 to 2002, he worked in Hainan Weilin Electron Co. as General Manager until he left to become General Manager of the Color Printing Company in 2003 and later was named Chairman and General Manager of the Industrial Company in 2005. He has served as Vice President of Technology since July 2007. |

Mr. WenBo Xie, Technical Director
Mr. Xie graduated from Sichuan University of Science & Engineering in 1984 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and received his Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004. From 1984 till 1993 he worked at the Chengdu Chemical Fiber Co. as the Technical Manager of Operations and later worked as Technical Director of Zhejiang Futong Company. Continually accepting positions of increasing authority, Mr. Xie joined Hainan Modern Technology Co. as Senior Engineer in 1996 and in 2003 was named Technical Manager of Industrial. In January 2007 Mr. Xie was named Technical Director for all of Shiner International, Inc. |
