The Company is engaged in the research & development, manufacture, marketing, distribution and sale of flexible packaging films and provides color printing services. The Company operates three production plants located in Haikou City, Hainan Province and in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province.

In Haikou, the Company produces anti-counterfeit, tobacco BOPP, and PVDC, PVOH, and Acrylic coated films. The Company also has three color printing lines that mainly service domestic consumer goods companies.

In Zhuhai, the Company has one BOPP tobacco film production line with annual capacity of 7,000 tons.
