The packaging film industry in China is concentrated among a few qualified players and scattered smaller producers with limited capacity. Initial capital and technological requirements to produce anti-counterfeit, coated and shrinking films that meet national & international criteria are significant and thus stricter industry regulations and growing product specifications by the end-user are eliminating many of the industry's smaller players.
