Mr. Yuet Ying, Chairman

Mr. Ying was named Chairman of Shiner International, Inc. in 2004. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Management from the Institute of the CPC Party School and received an Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004 during a one-year study program he attended with other members of upper management under a Company sponsored program.

Mr. Jian Fu, Executive Vice President of Manufacturing

As one of the organizers of Shiner and its predecessors companies, Mr. Fu Jian has 20 years of experience in production of flexible packaging films. As a specialist in the flexible packaging industry, Mr. Fu has in-depth knowledge with respect to film production that will be fundamental to the future growth and expansion of this business.  Mr. Fu received his undergraduate degree in Plastic Engineering Technique from South China Institute of Technology in 1985 and an Advanced Certificate of MBA studies from People's University in 2004. Mr. Fu servered as CEO of Shiner from 2004 to February 2010. From 1985 through 1997 Mr. Fu worked in Hainan Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd. as the General Manager.

Mr.Michael Antonoplos, Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Antonoplos is a 36-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He is a principal of a firm he started in 2000, which provides debt and equity for a variety of real estate investments. Mr. Antonoplos has previously served as an officer and board member for two public companies. Mr. Antonoplos graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with bachelor of science degrees in both psychology and political science. Presently, Mr. Antonoplos is acting as a receiver for a corporation under an appointment from the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the operation of the enterprise, managing its bank accounts, and obtaining funds to satisfy a bankruptcy judgment, while maintaining the viability of the company.

Mr. Zhenhuan Yuan,Chairman of the Compensation Committee

Mr. Yuan is the founding-partner of Sunstone International LLC, a California based investment advisory and management firm. He is also the Senior Vice President of Cunat Inc., a real estate investment and management company. Mr. Yuan served as the Vice President at Fortress Investment Group for the Shanghai Office from 2008 to 2009, where he was in charge of acquisitions and asset management. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Yuan worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in China, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and underwriting real estate investment deals in the region. Mr. Yuan received a bachelor of engineering degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and his M.B.A. degree from Cornell University.

Mr. Brian G.Cunat, Independent Board Member

Brian G. Cunat has served as the President of Cunat, Inc., a land development, construction and property management firm since 1976. Since October 2007, he also has served as Chairman of Golden Eagle Community Bank, a full service bank that he founded. From 1996 to November 2005, he was the Vice Chairman of the Board for Illinois State Bank, a bank that he founded in 1996. From 1993 to March 2004, Mr. Cunat was President of Royal Japan Corporation, a real estate development and property management firm based in Japan . In 1991, he founded Shamrock Health & Fitness Corporation, a full service health and fitness club. In 1984, he founded Westlane Bowling Center , a successful bowling facility business where he served as its President from inception to January 2006. Mr. Cunat has been active on many charitable and community organizations, including Kiwanis International President, Family Services and Community Mental Health, Home Builders Association, and Chicagoland Apartment Association. In 1997, he received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst and Young and Inc. Magazine.

Mr. Qingtao Xing, President & CEO

Mr. Qingtao Xing joined Shiner as its Vice President at the beginning of 2008  and was appointed as President in May.  Mr. Xing was appointed as President & CEO in February 2010. In his new role in Shiner, Mr. Xing leads the Company’s overall operation and management.  Before joining Shiner International, Mr. Xing worked for LaSalle Investment Management’s China team in commercial real estate throughout mainland China.  During his time with LaSalle, Mr. Xing worked on deals with an aggregate value of more than $500 million, including high end office developments. Prior to LaSalle, Mr. Xing worked for a couple of real estate development firms in China focused on office developments, residential neighborhoods and luxury hotels.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tongji University and a Master’s from Cornell University.

Ms. Xuezhu Xu, CFO

Ms. Xu has almost 30 years experience in accounting and finance. She has been the Company’s Corporate Controller and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Xu was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s predecessor, Sino Palace Holdings Limited, from April 2004 to July 2007. She worked at Hisense Company Limited as Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to December 2003. From 1990 to 1996 Ms. Xu worked as an accounting manager at Hainan Hisense Group. She worked as the accounting manager in Hainan WenChang Foreign Trade Co. from 1981 to 1990. Ms. Xu graduated from Hainan Supply and Marketing School in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She received an Advanced certificate of MBA studies from Renmin University in 2004.

Ms. Feng Zou, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Zou received a bachelor degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2000, as well as master degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of Minnesota in 2004 and 2002 respectively.  Ms. Zou finished the Business Administration Class in Tsinghua University in 2008. Ms. Zou has been actively engaged in investor relations work before the appointment. Prior to joining Shiner, Ms. Zou served the Bureau of Foreign Affairs of State Development & Investment Corporation in China.

Mr. MingBiao Li, Vice President

Mr. Li graduated from Tsinghua University in 1987 with a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and later obtained his Master's in Transport Engineering from Beijing University in 1991. From 1990 to 1995 he worked at the Guangxi Auto & Tractor Research Institution heading up the machine equipment group and in 1995 was promoted to Section Chief of the Project Investment and Evaluation group. From 1997 to 2002, he worked in Hainan Weilin Electron Co. as General Manager until he left to become General Manager of the Color Printing Company in 2003 and later was named Chairman and General Manager of the Industrial Company in 2005.

Mr. Tan Li, CTO

Mr. Li graduated from Sichuan University in 1994 with a degree in Plastic Engineering. Mr.Li joined Shiner since his graduation from university. As a witness of Shiner and its predecessor’s growth, Mr.Li grew from a technician to a management during his career in Shiner. Mr.Li joined Shiner as a technician in production from 1994 untill he was promoted to Manager of Technical Center in 1998. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Li was named Director of Technical Center of Hainan Industrial Co., Ltd. During his term as Director, he led the technical team to develop two high value-added core products—BOPP tobacco film and anti-counterfeit film and other products. From 2006 to 2009, Mr.Li served as Assistant to CTO. At the beginning of 2010, Mr.Li was promoted to CTO of Shiner International, Inc. Mr. Li is the inventor of Shiner’s several products.
