The technical center has a research team of over 20 engineers and technicians who specialized in polymeric, organic chemistry, mechanism, electric device, and color printing. The technical director has over 15-year experiences in the area of project researching. Technical center researched 2 lines of coated films independently which help us save the cost in the fixed assets, and also meet our own demands.



We have gained 18 patents in the our product, and was honorably certified as the center of R&D of flexible packaging in Hainan. Shiner was also selected to be one company which has their anti-counterfeit film and coated film products used as benchmarks for other producers in China. Shiner positively alliances with famous universities in China such as Zhongshan University, Beijing University, Fudan University which has proprietary rights to all of the researches.
